Meet our speakers

Arleta Bojke - special guest

Journalist at Kanał Zero and author of the popular YouTube channel “Koniec Świata” (“The End of the World”), specializing in international and Eastern affairs. From 2006 to 2015, she worked as a reporter for Wiadomości on TVP1 and served as TVP’s correspondent in Moscow.

She has covered key events in Eastern Europe in recent years. She is the author of high‑profile reports and the book “Vladimir Putin. The Interview That Never Happened”, as well as co-author of publications about the situation in Belarus and Ukraine. She has received the Wiktor Award for Journalist of the Year and has been nominated for the Grand Press Award and the Wirtuale 2025 Awards.

Łukasz Marciniak

Commercial Director at eRecruiter | HRTech Expert | Grupa Pracuj S.A.
For 18 years associated with the Human Resources industry. He specializes in building and developing sales and customer service teams, effectively combining business strategy with operational execution. Over the past 13 years, he has developed sales channels in e-commerce and call center models, supporting organizations in digital transformation and the implementation of modern HRTech solutions. He regularly appears as a speaker and industry expert, sharing insights on sales, new technologies, and trends in recruitment and talent management.

Stanisław Karoński

Vice President of the Management Board at Preston sp. z o.o.
Actively involved in shaping the company’s sales and marketing strategy. His vision and consistent leadership contribute to dynamic development and strengthening Preston Packaging’s market position. He places particular emphasis on building long-term relationships and creating a coherent philosophy of collaboration with clients and business partners.

During the meeting, he will present the most important recent changes within the company, as well as outline the development directions and Preston’s vision for the coming years.

Natalia Ciosk

Over 20 years of experience in the paper and packaging industry.
She has developed her career in international companies such as Smurfit Westrock, Prowell, Papyrus, and MM Board & Paper. She currently serves as Sales Director for Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia at FOLBB. She prioritizes partnership-based client relationships and product consulting.

Mikołaj Kaźmierczak

Chief Technologist at our company, an expert in materials and print enhancement processes. He consults on projects, advises on selecting the right finishing techniques, and supports teams in solving technical challenges. During his presentation, he will explain the technical aspects of cold foil and hot stamping.

Karol Bielecki

Manager and engineer associated with Alu-Lids. He represents a company that has specialized for over 20 years in the production of lids and aluminum seals for leading cosmetic manufacturers. During his presentation, he will discuss the role of aluminum foil as a strategic element of product protection – from ensuring product stability to aspects related to sustainability.

Wojciech Knopp

R&D Director, with the company for 20 years.
He has gained experience across many areas—from production to customer service—giving him a deep understanding of the printing house’s operations and the complexity of its processes.

He is responsible for implementing the CLOUDFLOW platform, which significantly streamlines collaboration and information flow.

Bartosz Janikowski

Specialist in MIS/ERP systems.
Closely involved in the implementation of the CLOUDFLOW project. Together with Wojtek, he will demonstrate how the process improvements introduced within the company translate into smoother, more efficient cooperation with clients and greater project transparency.

Maciej Smoleń

Prepress Specialist with many years of experience in the printing industry. He understands how proper file preparation impacts efficient production and the quality of the final product.

During the event, he will share practical tips on how to prepare projects even better for production.
